Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition received.
• Include the original packing slip and a brief note with the reason for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@nycoffeecup.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to ship your package.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Refunds
